摘 要:以水杨醛和三乙基四胺反应合成三水杨醛三乙基四胺配体,并得到了配体的晶体结构,将配体与Zn SO4·7H2O作用合成了新的三水杨醛三乙基四胺合锌金属配合物。通过测定其熔点、电导率、红外谱图和紫外谱图,对金属配合物的结构进行了初步表征。利用荧光光谱法对所合成的锌金属配合物与牛血清蛋白的相互作用进行了研究,结果表明该金属配合物可使牛血清蛋白的荧光发生猝灭,在0-3.36×10-5mol/L浓度范围内的猝灭方式为静态猝灭。The ligand has been synthesized by triethylenetetramine and salicylaldehyde and the zinc metal coordination with trisalicylaldehyde triethylenetetramine has been synthesized through the interaction between the ligand and zinc sulfate heptahydrate. The coordination has been characterized by measuring the melting point, molar conductivity, IR and UV-Vis. The interaction between the metal coordination and bovine serum albumin(BSA) has been studied by fluorescence spectra. And the result indicates that the mode of fluorescence quenching of BSA by the metal coordination is static process at the concentration range of 0-3.36×10-5mol/L.
