摘　　要：针对20Cr Ni2Mo A电渣重熔钢轴承套圈喷砂后的外观异常,通过宏观的外观检查、化学成分分析、非金属夹杂物检查、塑性变形区的微观检查、金相检查、超声检测等方法对异常部位进行了分析。结果表明该异常部位主要是因为锻造缺陷引起的,并对锻造工序提出了改进措施。Aiming at the abnormal appearance of 20 Cr Ni2Mo A electroslag remelting steel bearing ring after sandblasting,abnormal areas were analyzed through macroscopic appearance inspection,analysis of chemical composition,examination of nonmetallic inclusion,microscopic examination in plastic deformation zone,metallographic examination and ultrasonic detection. The results show that the abnormal parts mainly causes by the forging defects,and the improvement measure of forging procedure is put forward.
