摘  要:目的:确定超声波法提取虎杖中大黄素的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验法优化影响虎杖中大黄素提取4种主要因素:提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度和料液比,并且以大黄素为标准样品,采用紫外可见光光度法测量虎杖中大黄素的吸光度值。结果:从超声波法正交实验中可以得出虎杖大黄素最佳研究工艺为:超声时间55min,温度60℃,乙醇浓度55%,料液比为1∶45,提取率为0.54%。结论:通过实验确定了虎杖中大黄素的最佳提取工艺,效果良好、操作简单、节能环保。Objective: To determine optimum process for ultrasonic extraction of Emodin from Polygonum Cuspidatum.Methods: Orthogonal exp eriment methods was used to investigate and optimize the four main factors(time, temperature,ethanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid). Using pure Emodin as standard sample, absorbance value of Knotweed Emodin was measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Results: The yield of 0.54% can be achieved with the optimum process obtained by orthogonal experiment method, which is 55 min, 60 ℃, 55% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio of 1:45. Conclusion: We develop the optimum extraction process, which are of advantages such as high efficiency, easy operation, energy conservation and friendly environment.
