摘　　要：保险咨询业作为保险市场的一个新型经济团体,能为保险市场提供业务咨询、信息调查、风险估计和人才培训等帮助,对于保险市场具有调节和完善作用。本文通过对当前我国保险咨询业所存在的问题的分析,提出了政府政策支持、建立行业协会、完善相关法规、提高公司核心竞争力、实行本土化经营、提高信息资源利用效率等应对策略。As a new type of economic group in insurance market, insurance consultancy can provide such services as business consultancy, information investigation, risk assessment and personnel training, which can help to adjust and improve the insurance market. This paper, based on the analysis of current problems in insurance consultancy in Chinese insurance market, proposes some countermeasures, i.e. support from the government, establishing an industry association, perfecting related laws and regulations, improving the core competition of the company, localizing management and improving the efficiency of information resources.
