摘　　要：中央军委习近平主席有关国防和军队建设的重要论述是党的十八大以来有关强军治军问题的一系列重大战略思想理论和决策部署的提炼,是在坚持实践的认识方法论基础上,把握国情、军情的实际需求,继承与创新了中国特色军事理论,为走新时期的中国特色强军之路提供了理论指导和行动遵循,体现了习主席对中国特色军事理论的丰富和发展。The important discourse on national defense and army building made by president XI Jin- ping has been considered to be the significant strategic theorist and deployments about strengthening and running the PLA since the 18th National Congress of CPC. On basis of adhering to the methodology of practice and considering the conditions of our nation and army. President XI＇s important discourse enriches and develops the military theory with Chinese characteristics, which provides a theoretical guidance for building a strong army with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
