摘　　要：围绕大型战备工程项目的特殊性,以制度建设为切入点,研究了军队推行大型战备工程项目绩效管理的方法,构想了大型战备工程项目绩效评价的管理机构设置,构建了符合大型战备工程项目特点的绩效评价指标体系。通过对大型战备工程项目建设全过程绩效评价工作的初步探索,形成了一套具备实用性、可行性和可操作性的绩效管理机制。According to the characteristics of large-scale combat engineering projects, some methods of large-scale combat engineering project performance management for military forces are discussed. Proposals for establishing performance evaluation management institutions of large operational engineering projects are put forward. A performance evaluation index system is established. Through the whole performance evaluation of large-scale combat engineering projects, the performance manage- ment mechanism proves to be practicable, workable and operational.
