捐献机采血小板预约新模式的建立与应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨捐献机采血小板预约的新模式对满足临床机采新鲜血小板需求的可行性。方法通过采血现场预约、电话沟通预约、网站平台预约、微信平台预约等方法,制定血小板库存量、采集标准、审核反馈预约信息。结果新模式运行后,预约捐献机采血小板比例达到76.16%,其中现场预约下次捐献者占4.5%,网站平台预约占6.9%,电话沟通预约占59%,微信平台预约占5.76%。预约捐献机采血小板新模式与传统模式相比在保证临床新鲜血小板供给及血小板捐献者队伍建设方面有显著性差异。结论本研究建立的捐献机采血小板预约模式是全新的血小板捐献模式,具有效率高、灵活性强、主动性好等优势,可以满足临床对新鲜血小板的需求,免去冰冻血小板的环节,值得深化发展与全面推广。Objective To investigate the feasibility of a new reservation mode of apheresis platelet to meet the clinical needs.Methods Blood donation site reservation,telephone communication platform,website platform and We Chat platform were used to collect the information of platelet stock size,collection standards and audit feedback reservation. Results After the new mode performed,the apheresis platelet ratio reached 76.16%,while the site reservation for next donor accounted for 4.5%,website platform reservation accounted for 6.9%,telephone reservation accounted for 59%,We Chat platform reservation accounted for 5.76%. Compared with the traditional model,the new mode for reservation apheresis platelet made a significant difference in the clinical fresh platelet supply and platelet donors＇ pool. Conclusion The platelet donation reservation mode,is a new mode with the advantages of high efficiency,strong flexibility and initiative capacity,could meet the clinical demand for fresh platelets.
