摘 要:采用密炼机熔融混炼法制备了纳米二氧化硅/低密度聚乙烯(SiO_2/LDPE)复合材料和纳米氧化铝/低密度聚乙烯(Al_2O_3/LDPE)复合材料,并采用平板硫化机模压成型。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)观察断面分析其微观形貌。测试了纳米复合材料的耐直流高压击穿性能,电晕现象以及不同温度下的导热系数。结果表明:采用密炼机熔融混炼得到的LDPE基纳米复合材料体相分布均匀,两相兼容性良好;纳米粉体含量不同的复合材料相对纯LDPE耐直流高压击穿性能均明显提高,导热性能不但未降低反而提高较大,其中,质量分数2%的SiO_2可以把击穿场强提高25%以上,同时可提高复合材料导热系数。纳米SiO_2在提高复合材料绝缘性与导热系数方面效率更高。Nano-SiO_2/low density polyethylene(SiO_2/LDPE)composites and nanoAl_2O_3/low density polyethylene(Al_2O_3/LDPE)composites were prepared by melt compounding with internal mixer.These composite materials were moulded by press vulcanizer and the phase morphology was researched by field emission scanning electron microscope.DC high-voltage breakdown,electric corona and thermal conductivity in different temperature of these composite materials were studied.Experimental results indicated that nano-particles were well distributed in these composite materials and the compatibility of two phase are very good;compared with pure LDPE sample′s performance,the DC high-voltage breakdown strength and thermal conductivity in different temperature of these composite materials were more better,especially,when the concentration of SiO_2 is 2%,the DC high-voltage breakdown strength was improved by more than 25%,the thermal conductivity increased,also.Nano-SiO_2 is more effective in improving both thermal conductivity and insulativity of LDPE.
