四川省大学生结构性失业原因及对策探析

摘　　要：近年来,四川省大学生结构性失业问题较为突出,主要表现为就业观念滞后型结构性失业、专业需求差异型结构性失业、地区供求不对称型结构性失业及就业能力缺口型结构性失业等类型。其形成原因与大学生就业观念滞后、专业供需差异、劳动力地区之间的供需不对称、就业能力不足等紧密相连。其治理需要依靠大学生、政府、高校三方面的通力合作,采取一系列的对策来加以解决。In recent years, the problem of structural unemployment of graduates in Sichuan province is comparatively serious. Representations of the problem are employment sense lagging behind, major differences, unsymmetrical regional supply and demand and lack of employment ability. The cause of the problem related with above representations. In order to solve the problem,students,government and colleges must work together to take a serious policies.
