摘　　要：阐述了SWOT理论与职业生涯规划的基本概念,论述了SWOT理论在图书馆女性馆员职业规划中的应用,提出了运用SWOT矩阵的对策建议。This paper expounds the basic concepts of SWOT theory and career planning,discusses the application of SWOT theory in the career planning of library＇s female librarians,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to use the SWOT matrix.
