摘　　要：论述新型城镇化内涵以及辽宁新型城镇化发展现状,提出辽宁新型城镇化建设的财政政策:紧密围绕辽宁新型城镇的整体布局,因地制宜,充分发挥财政的职能,与户籍管理制度、土地政策、金融政策和产业政策等配套,发挥政策的合力效应。The connotation of new urbanization and the development of new urbanization in Liaoning are discussed.Suggestions on fiscal policy to Liaoning new urbanization construction are proposed,which is to fully perform the government functions,combimed with the policies of household registration,land,finance and industry to achieve a joint effect.
