高校学位撤销制度的完善——北京大学撤销于艳茹博士学位案的法理评析

摘　　要：通过对学位撤销中法律问题的分析,了解学位撤销的可诉性及性质,以及学位撤销主体的界定。结合我国现有学位撤销中存在的标准宽泛、程序淡薄、救济缺失等问题,思考完善我国学位撤销制度的具体举措:尊重学生主体的利益,明确学位撤销标准,规范学位撤销程序,完善学位撤销救济机制。Through the analysis of legal issues in degree revocation,the actionable nature,the definition,and the subject of degree revocation are studied.Combining with the problems,such as the wide standard,the lack of specific procedural requirements and relief mechanism,in existing degree revocation system of China,some countermeasures for the perfection of the system are proposed：respecting the interests of students,confirming the criteria of degree revocation,regulating degree revocation procedures and perfecting the relief mechanism of degree revocation.
