红细胞趋化因子清除能力与Duffy抗原趋化因子受体表达水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨红细胞趋化因子清除能力与Duffy抗原趋化因子受体(DARC)表达水平的相关性。方法:收集健康献血者外周血血样,检测红细胞膜上DARC的表达水平、红细胞对白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的清除能力以及血浆中MCP-1的含量。结果:红细胞对IL-8清除能力与DARC表达水平无明显相关性(P>0.05);红细胞对MCP-1的清除能力与DARC表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05),红细胞对MCP1的清除能力与血浆中MCP-1的含量亦呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:红细胞对血浆中MCP-1的清除能力受DARC表达水平的影响,同时影响着血浆中MCP-1的含量;然而红细胞对IL-8的清除能力不受DARC表达水平影响。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the ability of erythrocyte chemokine scavenging and the expression levels of erythrocyte Duffy antigen chemokine receptor（DARC）.Method：The blood samples were collected from healthy donors.The expression levels of erythrocyte DARC and the ability of erythrocyte to scavenge IL-8 and MCP-1 and the plasma MCP-1 levels were tested.Result：The correlation between the expression levels of DARC and the ability of erythrocyte to scavenge IL-8 was not observed（P0.05）,whereas the negative correlation between DARC expression levels and the ability of erythrocyte to scavenge MCP-1 was observed（P0.05）.There was negative correlation between the ability of DARC to scavenge MCP-1 and the content of plasma MCP-1（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression levels of erythrocyte DARC in healthy people would affect the ability of erythrocyte to scavenge MCP-1,but might not affect its ability of scavenging IL-8.The MCP-1 level in plasma would be affected by the ability of erythrocyte DARC to scavenge MCP-1.
