摘　　要：2012以来,ISBT（国际输血协会）确认了3个新的血型系统,即：福斯曼（Forssman）血型系统（031,FORS）、约尼奥尔（Junior）血型系统（032,JR）、朗格瑞斯（Langereis）血型系统（033,LAN）。其中Junior血型系统和Langereis血型系统都是美国福蒙德大学的研究人员最先报道的,都属于转运蛋白家族。其中朗格瑞斯（Langereis）血型系统的名字,源自于被发现的第一例患者名字。The Langereis blood group system is a new independent blood group system confirmed by ISBT since 2012.The Langereis blood group system is an ABC protein family transporter（ABCB6）.Antigen peptide 8is a transmembrane peptide,and the expression of LAN antigen is in the outer membrane,which is the high frequency antigen.The Langereis blood group system participants heme and human biochemical metabolism,and important immune mechanism of.
