猕猴离体心室乳突肌电生理特性研究

摘  要:作者采用细胞内微电极技术,对8只四川猕猴30个离体心室乳突肌的静息电位、动作电位、超射值、动作电位时程(APD)中的APD_(20)、APD_(50)、APD_(90)、APD_(100),以及0期最大去极速度与有效不应期等电生理活动进行了测量和研究,并比较了猕猴与其他哺乳动物的各项电生理参数。结果表明它们极其相似,故推测它们具有相近的电生理学特性。The electrophysiological properties ofcardiac muscle of rhesus (Macaca mulatta)by use of intracellular electrode techniquehas been described in this paper. Thirtypapillary muscle from 8 rhesus were used forthis research and 68 succesful records hadbeen obtained. The valae of resting poten-tial is -86.26±7.57mV (M±SD). The confi-guration of the action potential is typical forthe ventricular muscle of mammalian. Theamplitude of action potential is 118.80±10.69mV; over-shoot is 25.57±6.11mV. TheAPD_(20), APD_(50),APD_(?0), APD_(100) is 184.33±64.04, 301.02±95.32, 382.17±125.81 and436.33±122.39 ms, respectively. The maxi-mum depolarization velocity of 0 phase is101.20±17.59 V/s. The effective refractoryperiod is 292.69±93.91ms. Comparing theresults of the rhesus cardiac muscle withthat of other mammalians, authors foundthat they were very similar. It is suggestedthat the results and analysis of its mecha-nism derived from investigation of othermammalian cardiac tissues are applicable tothe human.
