摘  要:随着科学技术深入发展,转基因技术已经成为林木定向遗传改良的重要途径之一,林木基因工程也随着转基因技术的成熟而步入快速发展时期。目前国内对白桦(Betula Platyphylla)的研究处于常规育种向分子育种的过渡阶段,转基因技术在白桦定向培育过程中的应用才刚刚起步。文中从白桦开花、抗虫、木材改良、抗非生物胁迫等方面总结了国内外白桦转基因研究现状,对转基因技术在白桦遗传改良种应用中存在的问题进行探讨,展望了转基因技术在白桦遗传改良中的应用前景,以期为白桦基因工程研究提供参考。With the thorough development of science and technology, transgenic technique has become one of the most important method for directional genetic improvement for forest. Tree gene engineering has entered a rapid development period as the transgenic technology matures progressively. At present, the research on Beutula platyphylla was in a transition from conventional to molecular breeding. The application of transgenic technology on its directional breeding process was on the starting phrase. This paper concluded the research status at home and abroad on transgenic techniques in terms of flowering, insect resistant, wood property modification, abiotie stress in B. Platyphylla, and also discussed the problems arising from the application of transgenie technology to genetic improvement of B. Platyphylla. Finally, the application was prospected for the transgenic technique, with the expectation to provide references to genetic engineering research on B. platyphylla in future.
