摘 要:通过介绍HL-2M内置环形低温泵的运行模式,且依据其运行模式,开展了阀箱的结构设计。从降低热负荷的角度对阀箱结构进行了详细的阐述,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了阀箱应力及温度场分析。计算结果表明:阀箱箱体能承受0.1MPa外压的强度要求;箱体外壳最高温约297.8K,冷屏最高温度82.93K,满足温度设计要求。对于热负荷的降低具有较好的作用,也能减少液氮的消耗量。In this paper,operation models of toroidal cryopump in HL-2M were introduced. According to the operation models,distribution valves box was designed. The distribution valves box should meet the design requirements of toroidal cryopump. The structure of valves box was described in detail from reducing heat load point of view. The temperature and stress strain of the box were simulated by ANSYS code. The calculation results show that valves box could meet the strength requirements,maximum temperature on shields is about 82 K. The valves box has a good effect on decrease of heat load. Meanwhile,liquid nitrogen consumption is also reduced.
