摘 要:隧道衬砌裂损影响衬砌结构的整体稳定性,使隧道衬砌承载能力减弱,严重威胁隧道内行车安全,缩短了隧道的维护周期和使用寿命。基于衬砌裂损机理分析,文章对围岩变形机制与衬砌受力及变形机制进行了研究。结合重庆已竣工验收的5个高速公路隧道项目,采用荷载结构法建立计算模型,对拱部衬砌欠厚及脱空缺陷、边墙衬砌欠厚及脱空缺陷、不同部位衬砌欠厚及脱空缺陷分别进行了安全分析。该研究为衬砌裂损产生原因分析提供了借鉴,也为后续隧道衬砌裂损的防治与加固修复打下了基础。Tunnel lining crack damage affects the overall stability of lining structure, including abating the bearing capacity seriously threatening tunnel driving safety and shortening the maintenance cycle and service life of the tun-nel. Based on the analysis of lining crack damage mechanism, this paper studies the deformation mechanism of sur-rounding rock, lining stress and deformation. Taking the five completed and accepted highway tunnel projects in Chongqing as study cases, this paper makes safety analysis of the under-thickness and disengaging defects of the arch lining, side wall and different parts by the calculation model of load structure method. The study would not only provides some reference for cause analysis of lining crack damage, but also laid the foundation for prevention, rein-forcement and repair tunnel lining crack damage.
