摘　　要：本文从湖南实际出发,紧密结合不动产统一实施过程中需要解决的关键问题,全面解析湖南省不动产统一登记工作实施方案,以期为全省不动产统一登记工作的实施,提供一些政策指导。Based on the practice of Hunan, the paper analysis the work plan of real estate unified registration in Hunan comprehensively, which closely integrated with the key problems needed to be solved in the process of implementation. Furthermore, the thesis provides certain policy guidance in order to promote the implementation of real estate unified registration work of Hunan.
