摘　　要：连续运行基准站迅速发展,卫星导航定位产业发展规划和意见陆续出台,给HNCORS带来机遇和挑战。当前HNCORS建设初步完成,形成立足测绘、面向公众的服务体系,在北斗兼容性、多系统备份、公益性以及面向应用形成特色,将步入完善服务与推广应用新常态。HNCORS后续发展可从平台完善、制度健全、互联网服务体系、高精度位置应用云平台构建,及产业资源整合5方面展开。实现可持续发展,发挥高精度定位领域的优势和地位,更好地服务于社会经济发展。The continuous operating reference stations have experienced a rapid development over a period of time. Meanwhile, an increasing number of satellite navigation industry parks have been launched, and related development plannings have been released by the governments, which brings not only opportunities but also challenges for HNCORS. At present, the basic constructions of HNCORS have been preliminarily finished. The public service structure was also established, which is characterized by its compatibility of Beidou System, multi-system backup, free of charge and application-oriented. The progresses indicate that the HNCORS would be involved in the new normal statues of services and application promotions. In the next stage, the considerable works would be focused on 5 aspects as system upgrading, improvement for the management systems, web services of GNSS observations, cloud platform and application of location based services, and integration of the precise satellite navigation industry resources. The HNCORS is expected to play its strategic role in the field of high precise navigation and positioning field while achieving sustainable development, and to serve the economic construction and social developments of Hunan province better.
