摘　　要：下肢浅静脉曲张是血管外科常见病、多发病,多见于女性.据统计全世界约有10%～20%的人患有不同程度的下肢浅静脉曲张,且与年龄呈正相关.同时,由于静脉系统的解剖结构变异较多,瓣膜功能改变程度不一,以及具有代偿性侧支循环开放和阻塞后再通能力等特点,使得静脉疾病的变异情况变得相当复杂.因此,重视静脉疾病的相关研究,尤其是提高静脉疾病的诊断率和检出率,就更突显其重要.目前彩色多普勒超声可以实时动态观察下肢静脉的形态学特征及血流动力学变化,明确静脉瓣膜的功能状态,在静脉疾病的诊断和治疗策略选择中起着关键的作用.Superficial varicosis of lower limbs is a common clinical disease in vascular surgery, which is mainly occurred in females. According to a statistic, ten to twenty percent of population all over the world is suffering from this disease, and the number of patients is increasing along with the growth of the age. The variation of the venous system is quite complicated due to the anatomical variation of venous system, and valvular function changes subtly or interleaver appear obviously, and its functions of collateral compensative and occlusion recanalization. Therefore, it is important to take attention of venous diseases, especially improving the diagnosis and detection rate of venous diseases. At present, the color Doppler ultrasound can real-time dynamic observe the morphological and hemodynamic changes of lower limb vein, and can also clear the function of the venous valve. It plays a key role in the diagnosis and the choice of treatment strategy of venous disease.
