摘　　要：随着肥胖和2型糖尿病人群的急剧增加,减重外科发展迅速,其中胃旁路手术被广泛应用于治疗肥胖合并2型糖尿病,其疗效得到越来越多的外科医师关注和认可,逐渐成为金标准术式。本文仅就胃旁路手术的由来、疗效和机制进行综述。With the rapid increase of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus group, bariatric surgery has developed rapidly, the gastric bypass surgery has been widely applied in the treatment of obesity with type 2 diabetes, its curative effect attracted more and more surgeons' attention and recognition, and gradually become the gold standard. In this paper, only the origin, curative effect and mechanism of gastric bypass surgery were reviewed.
