儿童反复呼吸道感染与血清硒含量变化的关系  被引量:2

摘  要:目的探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRI)与血清硒的关系。方法随机选取反复呼吸道感染患儿93例为研究对象(研究组),根据治疗中是否补硒分为常规组43例、观察组50例,常规组给予传统治疗,观察组在传统治疗基础上加服硒酵母片2~3μg/(kg·d),每天3次。疗程2~4周。随访1年。选取同时期当地50例健康儿童作为对照组。采用氢化物原子吸收法测定血清硒含量。结果 (1)与对照组儿童血硒含量比较,研究组血硒含量明显降低(39.63±3.77)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=23.46,P〈0.01)。(2)治疗前常规组和观察组血硒含量比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.52,P〉0.05),治疗后2组血硒含量比较,差异有统计学意义(t=11.97,P〈0.01);常规组治疗前后血硒含量比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.82,P〉0.05),而观察组治疗前后血硒含量比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.83,P〈0.01)。(3)随访1年,常规组与观察组比较,复发间隔、复发次数和血硒含量差异有统计学意义(t=84.74、26.69、23.81,P〈0.01)。结论 RRI的发生与低硒密切相关,补硒治疗可以改善RRI的病情和预后。Objective To observe the changes of serum selenium content, to explore the relationship between recurrent respiratory infection (RRI) and serum selenium. Methods Randomly selected 93 cases RR~ as the study group (Study Group). According to the treatment, 43 cases were divided into conventional group and 50 cases in observation group. Conventional group were given conventional treatment; the observation group in the conventional therapy plus Selenious Yeast Tablets 2 - 3 μ g/(kg · d),3 times daily. Treatment of 2 to 4 weeks. Followed up for 1 years. 50 healthy children were selected as the control group at the same time.. Determination of selenium in serum by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. Results (1)content of selenium content in blood of study group reduced compared with the control group of children (39.63±3.77) ~tg/L, the difference was significant (t=21.33,P〈0.01). (2) The selenium content in blood of two groups in study group before treatment had no significant difference (t=0.52,P〈0.05), blood selenium content in the two groups had significant difference after treatment (t=-i 1.97,P〈0.01); Selenium content in blood inconventional treatment group had no significant difference (t=1.82,P〈0.05), but the differences in the blood selenium group before and after treatment was significant (t=12.83,P〈0.01). The follow-up of 1 year, recurrence interval, the recurrence times and had blood Se content in the routine group and observation group had significant difference (t=-84.74,26.69,23.81,P〈0.01). Conclusion RRI is closely related to the occurrence and low selenium, selenium treatment can improve the RRI condition and prognosis.
