摘  要:目的探讨精子DNA损伤与顶体酶活性及精液常规参数的相关性。方法收集2013年1月至2015年4月在该院就诊的291例男性不育患者的精液,分析精子形态、密度、活动率及精液常规。采用精子染色质扩散法检测精子DNA损伤,分析其与顶体酶及精液常规参数的关系。结果精子DNA碎片指数与患者年龄、精液体积及精液液化时间无关,而与顶体酶活性及A+B级精子百分率呈负相关[相关系数(r)=-0.352、-0.305,P<0.01],与精子头部畸形及D级精子百分率呈正相关(r=0.157、0.284,P<0.01)。结论精子质量评价指标可以包括独立的精子DNA损伤,也可以结合其他精子评价指标,为男性不育的辅助生殖技术及诊断提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between DNA damage in sperm with acrosin activity and routine semen parameters. Methods Semen was collected from 291 male infertility patients in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015. Semen morphology,density,vitality and semen routine were analyzed. Sperm DNA damage was detected by using sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD) method. The correlation between DNA damage with acrosin activity and semen routine parameters was analyzed. Results The sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI) had no relation with the age, semen volume and semen liquefaction time,while had a negative correlation with the crosin activity and the percentage of level A plus level B sperm(r=-0.352, -0.305, P〈0.01 ), and a positive correlation with sperm head deformity and the percentage of level D sperm (r=0.157,0.284, P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Sperm DNA damage can include the independent sperm DNA damage and also can combining with other semen evaluation indicators ,which provides the theoretical basis for diagnosis of male infertility and assisted reproductive tech- nology(ART).
