摘 要:目的了解当前四川省寄生虫病防治人员的蠕虫检测能力,以促进寄生虫病检测整体实力的提升。方法2015年8月,以单位推荐、个人自愿的原则,共26名来自四川省、市、县级疾病预防控制中心的专业技术人员参加了集训和测评,年龄不超过45岁。竞赛内容包括粪便标本改良加藤厚涂片制作(制片)和常见蠕虫(血吸虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫、华支睾吸虫和肺吸虫等)虫卵镜检鉴别两部分。结果 26名选手制片平均成绩为7.6分(满分10分),及格25名,占96.15%;常见蠕虫镜检平均成绩为28.4分(满分50分),及格10名,占38.46%。蠕虫卵平均检出率为63.90%。10种蠕虫卵中,姜片虫卵检出率最高,为80.00%;其次为受精蛔虫卵、未受精蛔虫卵,均为75.00%;蛲虫卵检出率最低,为15.00%。年龄大于或等于30岁选手镜检成绩优于年龄小于30岁选手,从事寄生虫病检测工作时间大于或等于2年的选手镜检成绩优于低于2年的选手,参加了全国第3次寄生虫病调查的选手镜检成绩优于没有参加的选手,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、职称、学历选手的镜检成绩无明显差异;不同性别、年龄、职称、学历、从事寄生虫病检测工作时间、地区(是否参加全国第3次寄生虫病调查)选手的制片成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论寄生虫病防治专业检测人员的蠕虫卵镜检能力仍有待于进一步提高。应继续加强培训,增加后备人才储备,提高四川省寄生虫病检测专业水平。Objective To evaluate the helminths detection capability of the personnel for parasitic diseases control in Sichuan Province so as to facilitate the overall strength enhance of parasitic diseases detection. Methods A total of 26 professional and technical personnel from the provincial,municipal and county CDC in August 2015,age 45 years old,with the unit recommendation and individual voluntary as the principle,participated in the training and evaluation. The competition contents included preparing the stool thick smear slides with the improved Kato-Katz method(slide preparation) and the identification of common helminth eggs with microscopy(schistosome,roundworm,whipworm,pinworm,clonorchis sinensis and Paragonimus westermani). Results 26 competitors had an average score of 7.6 points(full score:10.0 points)for slide preparation. 25 competitors passed,accounting for 95.15%.The average score for microscopic identification of common helminth eggs was 28.4 points(full score:50.0 points).10 competitors passed,accounting for 38.46%. The detection rate of helminth eggs was 63.90% on average,the ginger flake eggs had the highest detection rate of 80.00%,followed by fertilized or unfertilized roundworm eggs,which were75.00%,the pinworm eggs had the lowest detection rate of 15.00%. The competitors aged ≥30 years old had better microscopic examination score than the competitors aged 30 years old,the competitor engaging in the work of parasitic diseases detection ≥2years had better scores than the competitors engaging in the work of parasitic diseases detection 2 years,the competitors participating in the Third National Survey of Parasitic Diseases had better score than the competitors without participation,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).
