摘  要:目的开展医院科务公开督查工作,了解全院各科室科务公开工作进展情况,收集员工最在意的问题。方法 2013年11月-12月采用问卷调查为主,结合参与科室各种会议、访谈科室员工、查阅文档资料等其他方式开展督查。结果科务公开度为(78.39±18.55)%。其中公开较好的科务为政策类科务(>85%),公开度得分较低(<75%)且员工反映较集中的科务为科研及学术任职类、财务收支及酬金分配类、人事安排和培养类科务。结论科室足够重视、关注员工重视的问题、合理利用公开方式、有力监督和充分利用监督结果是提升科务公开度的有效举措。Objective To carry out the work of overseeing transparent administration of clinical department af airs, have clear knowledge on the progress of making clinical department af airs public, and i nd out problems the staf focus most. Methods Questionnaire survey was used, combined with the participation of various meetings, interviews with staf, access to documents and other ways between November and December 2013. Results It showed that the rate of transparent administration of clinical department af airs was(78.39±18.55)%. Among all the af airs, policy ones had the highest scores(over 85%), while the rates of research and academic tenure, i nancial transactions and remuneration allocation, personnel arrangements and training were the lowest(below 75%), and faculty focused on these affairs. Conclusion Five methods can improve the rate of transparent administration of clinical department af airs ef ectively: enough attention from clinical departments, concerning what employees focus on, utilizing methods rationally, strong supervision and making full use of monitoring.
