摘  要:对白杨派16个杂交组合的1年生苗木性状进行遗传变异分析,结果表明生长和分枝性状在组合间和组合内单株间均存在广泛变异,各性状的杂交组合遗传力在0.814~0.871间,属于高遗传力性状,杂交组合间存在的变异主要受遗传因素控制。多重比较结果表明,生长量较大的组合是YX2×LM50、3605×T31、150×84K、YX2×T31、YX2×13-16,在这5个杂交组合中,YX2、3605、150 3个无性系做母本,LM50、T31、84K、13-16做父本,初步认为这7个亲本为优良的种质资源。根据每个杂交组合的群体平均苗高加两个标准差的标准共选出140株超级苗,平均入选率为2.2%,各个杂交组合入选的超级苗苗高超其群体均值51.4%~79.0%。A total of sixteen white poplar crossing combinations were used to analyse their quantitative genetic traits of one --year--old seedlings. The results indicated that the growth and branch traits of different crossing combinations and different individuals of the same crossing combination had considerable genetic variation. Their family heritabilities for the growth and branch traits ranged from 0.814 to 0.871, which belonged to high heritability. Therefore, the variation among cross--combinations was caused by genetic factor, and selecting superior cross combinations could be considerable. The results of multiple comparison revealed that (P. alba X P. glandulosa 'YX2') × P. tomentosa 'LM50', P. tomentosa '3605' × P. leucopy- ramidalis-- T31, P. tornentosa '150'×(P. alba × P. glandulosa '84K'),(P. alba × P.glandulosa 'YX2')× P. leuco- pyramidalis -T31 and (P. alba × P. glandulosa 'YX2') × E(P. tomentosa M P. bolleana) M P. tomentosa '13-16'] were superior cross combinations,which had fast growth. Among the five cross combinations, P. tomentosa ' LM50', P. leucopyramidalis -T31, P. alba M P. glandulosa '84K' and (P. tomentosa X P. bolleana ) N P. tomentosa '13-16' used as male parent and the P. alba X P. glandulosa 'YX2', P. tomentosa '3605' and P. tornentosa '150' as female parent,the seven parents were regarded as excellent germplasm resources. Using the sum of average height and two standard deviation of cross combination as the standard,140 superior seedlings were selected, the selection rate was 2.2% ,and the mean height of the superior seedlings for each crossing combination was more than its population average from 51.4% to 79.0%.
