摘  要:以窄冠白杨3号单芽茎段为实验材料,对适合芽分化、生根的培养基进行了研究,结果表明,愈伤组织诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D4.0 mg/L,诱导芽分化最佳培养基为MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+ZT0.25mg/L+IAA0.25mg/L,最佳生根培养基为MS+6-BA0.01mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。Taking the Populus leucopyram idalis L as the material, the research on the rapid propagation technology and the construction of the regeneration system of its tissue culture is carried out. Experimental results show that with single bud stem segment of Populus leucopyram idalis L as explants induced bud differentiation and bud proliferation of optimum cultivation base for the MS + 6-BA 0.3mg/l+ ZT 0.25mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L, The seedlings, the optimum culture medium is MS + 6-BA 0.3 mg/L + ZT 0.25 mg/L +0.25mg/L IAA. The best rooting medium was MS + IBA 0.5mg/L
