摘 要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司乙烯装置BA-108裂解炉采用中国石化CBL技术改造的主要内容和投用后的运行效果。针对裂解炉改造后的投用情况,通过裂解产物分布和运行数据收集以及对于运行数据的计算,分析了裂解炉改造投用后的综合运行状况。BA-108裂解炉改造后,对流段不增加换热管,仅改变了进料位置,辐射段改为四程CBL-R型炉管。从运行数据和裂解产物分布可以看出,BA-108改造后,符合以乙烷及轻烃为主要原料兼顾石脑油裂解的设计要求,运行效果和节能效果良好。This paper introduces the modification of the BA-108 cracking furnace in the ethylene plant in Yanshan and its operation after modification. Based on the pyrolysis product distribution,theoperation data collected and the calculation and analysis of the operation data,this paper discusses the comprehensive operation of the cracking furnace after modification. The modification changes the feeding position instead of increasing the number of heat exchange tube in the convection section, and replaces the furnace tubes in the radiation section by four-pass CBL-R furnace tubes. The operation data and pyrolysis product distribution show that the design requirements of taking ethane and light hydrocarbons as main feedstock and taking naphtha cracking into consideration can be met after the modification,and good operation and energy saving effects can be achieved.
