摘　　要：当前铁路的经营体制改革不断深入,各铁路局逐渐取消了管内旅客列车中大部分不盈利的餐车,但是在减少成本支出,增加经济效益的同时,也给列车乘务人员用餐等方面带来了极大的困难与不便。如何解决这一问题以及进一步改善列车乘务人员的工作条件成为了新形势下的重要研究课题。The current operating system railway deepening the Railway Bureau tube removed most unprofitable passenger train dining car, but reduce costs, increase economic efficiency, but also to the train crew brought great difficulties and dining inconvenience. How to solve this problem and to further improve the working conditions of the train crew to become a new important issue.
