摘　　要：阐明了热设计在产品设计过程中的重要性。文中采用Icepak软件对T／R组件冷板设计方案进行仿真，详细介绍了仿真分析的全过程，通过计算结果验证了热设计方案的可行性。This paper stresses the importance of thermal design in the process of product design. The cold plate design of T/R Module is simulated using Ieepak software. The entire process of the simulation analysis is introduced, and the feasibility of thermal design program is verified by calculation.
