摘　　要：目的:分析MACC1蛋白、c-Met蛋白与子宫内膜癌的关系;联合CA125分析3个因子对子宫内膜癌预后的影响.方法:采用蛋白免疫印迹方法检测MACC1、c-Met在子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜不典型增生组、正常子宫内膜组组织中的表达变化.结果:ACC1、c-Met在子宫内膜癌组的表达均显著高于其他两组,且两者的蛋白相对表达水平与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05);MACC1蛋白是子宫内膜癌淋巴结转移的危险因素(P<0.05),CA125是子宫内膜癌分期的危险因子(P<0.05).结论:MACC1蛋白、c-Met可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生和侵袭、转移;MACC1联合CA125对于评估子宫内膜癌的预后更可靠.Aim：This study is to explore the correlation between MACC1 protein,c-Met protein and the development of endometrial carcinoma （EC）,and to study the effects of those factors on the prognosis of EC using retrospective analysis.Methods：Tissue samples from EC group,endometrial atypical hyper-plasia group and normal endo-metrium group were collected,the expressions of MACC1 and c-Met in these samples were determined by using western blotting.Results：The protein levels of MACC1 and c-Met in tissues of endometrial cancer were significantly higher than other tissues.The expressions of MACC1 protein and c-Met protein were significantly correlated with the clinical stage,the depth of myo-metrial invasion,and Lymph node metastasis（P 〈0.05）.MACC1 was a risk factor for the prognosis of EC （P 〈0.05）,and CA125 was a risk factor for different stages of EC （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The re-sults indicated that both of the two proteins may participate in the development,myometrial invasion,and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.Joint detection for MACC1 protein and serum CA125 may be more accurate to evaluate the prognosis of EC.
