浅议司马煤业管理信息化系统新模式

摘　　要：针对煤炭行业新形势下面临着机遇和困难,以及国家进一步推动煤炭工业信息化和工业化深度融合,山西潞安集团司马煤业公司紧跟形势,积极探索信息化系统建设的新模式。重点分析了司马煤业信息化系统建设途径、系统流程设计、数据中心规划、系统整合平台、系统实施组织体系等方面取得的成绩和存在的问题,并根据理论研究和实际情况,分析得出新模式。该模式不仅丰富了管理信息系统建设的理论,也可以从实践中更有效果地促进信息化的建设。According to the opportunity and difficulty faced to the coal industry under the new situation and the deep integration of the coal industrial informatization and industrialization further promoted by the state, Sima Coal Mining closely followed the situation and actively discovered the new mode to build the informatization system. The paper emphasized the analysis on the achievements and existed problems in the Sima system building access, system process design, data center planning, system integration platform, systematic implemented organization system and other aspects. According to the theoretical study and actual condition, a new mode was analyzed and obtained. The new mode not only enriched the theory to build the management information system, but also could more effectively promote the informatization building from the practices.
