摘　　要：针对目前煤炭市场的严峻形势,煤炭企业强化技术管理,发挥科技是第一生产力的作用,构建科学、高效的技术管理体系以提高企业综合竞争能力。在煤炭企业技术管理体系的建设原则、内涵及架构等方面进行探讨,并提出相应的保障措施,为煤炭企业构建技术管理体系提供参考。According to the serious situation of the present coal market, to enhance the technology management and to play the role of the technology of the coal enterprises would be the role of the first productive force and the establishment of the scientific and high efficient technical management system could improve the comprehensive competitive capacity of the coal enterprises. The paper discussed the construction principle, connotation, framework and other aspects of the technical management system of the coal enterprises. The relevant protection measures were provided in order to provide the references to establish the technical management system of the coal enterprises.
