摘 要:介绍了纳米二氧化硅改性环氧涂料的制备方法。研究了球磨时间对涂料中二氧化硅分散性的影响,并用静态浸泡法研究了水在不同二氧化硅涂层中的扩散方式。研究结果表明:采用球磨50 h的母液可以制得分散均匀的涂料;二氧化硅含量对水在涂层中的扩散方式产生影响,二氧化硅含量为2%(质量分数)时,吸水曲线形状为典型的Fick扩散方式;二氧化硅含量为0.5%和10%时,吸水曲线形状符合二段吸收扩散方式;多种因素的协同作用,使水在含2%二氧化硅的涂层中扩散最慢。The preparation method of epoxy coatings modified by nano-SiO2 was introduced, and the influence of ball milling time on the dispersion of SiO2 were studied. Moreover, the diffusion mode of water in the prepared coating was analyzed by the static immersion method. It was showed that the evenly dispersed coatings could be gotten by mother liquor milling for 50 hours. The diffusion mode of water in the coating was influenced by SiO2 content. When the content of SiO2 was 2%, the water absorpation curve belongs to the model of Fickian diffusion. However, the water absorpation curve of coating with 0.5% and 10% SiO2 was conformed to the two stage absorption duffusion model. The diffusion of water in the coating with 2% SiO2 was the slowest because of various factors synergism .
