延边地区朝鲜族留守老年人身心健康状况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨延边地区朝鲜族留守老年人的身心健康状况及影响因素.[方法]采用便利抽样法抽取延边地区2个市1个县朝鲜族留守与非留守老年人332人作为研究对象,使用自制问卷对研究对象的身体状况、生理和心理健康状况进行调查.[结果]延边地区朝鲜族留守老年人身体状况得分明显低于非留守老年人(P<0.05),家庭压力和医疗卫生资源是主要影响因素.[结论]延边地区朝鲜族留守老年人身心健康状况与非留守相比较有差异.OBJECTIVE To study the physical and mental health status and its influencing factors of the left-behind Korean-Chinese old people in Yanbian.METHODS332 subjects with the left-behind and non left-behind Korean-Chinese old people from one city and two counties of Yanbian were surveyed by using convenience sampling,and the physical and mental health status of subjects were investigated by the self-made questionnaire.RESULTS The scores of physical and mental health for Korean-Chinese old people were significantly lower in left-behind than in non left-behind old people,and the pressure of family and medical and health resources were main influencing factors.CONCLUSION The physical and mental health status is different between left-behind and non left-behind Korean-Chinese old people in Yanbian.
