血液透析联合血液灌流治疗40例尿毒症周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症周围神经病变的疗效.[病例报告]选择80例尿毒症周围神经病变患者,依据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各为40例.两组均给予常规血液透析治疗,观察组同时给予血液灌流治疗.观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组感觉神经传导速度和血浆PTH水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]血液透析联合血液灌流治疗可有效改善感觉神经传导速度,降低血清PTH水平,提高治疗有效率.BACKGROUND To observe and analyze the curative effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for treatment of peripheral neuropathy with uremia.CASEREPORTS80 cases of peripheral neuropathy with uremia,and according to the different treatment method,the subjects were divided into observation group（n =40）and control group（n =40）.Both groups were treated with conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion at the same time.The effective rate in observation group was 95.0%and in control group was 77.5%,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The sensory nerve conduction velocity and plasma PTH concentration in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSION Treatment of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for peripheral neuropathy with uremia could effectively improve sensory nerve conduction velocity and reduce the serum PTH concentration to improve the effective rate of treatment.
