红花黄色素治疗100例老年糖尿病合并脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察红花黄色素治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效.[病例报告]选择老年糖尿病合并脑梗死病人100例,在常规治疗基础上静脉注射给予红花黄色素,每日1次,共14d,观察治疗前后餐前、餐后血糖及C肽水平.静脉注射给予红花黄色素治疗后患者餐前、餐后血液C肽水平明显升高,血糖水平明显降低(P<0.01).[讨论]红花黄色素对老年糖尿病合并脑梗死具有辅助治疗作用.BACKGROUND To observe the curative effect of safflower yellow for elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.CASE REPORTS 100 elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were selected,and administrated by intravenous injection of safflower yellow once a day for 14 days to observe the content of before the meal,postprandial blood glucose and C-peptide before and after treatment.After treatment with intravenous injection of safflower yellow,the content of before the meal and postprandial blood C peptide and blood glucose increased and decreased significantly,respectively（P〈0.01）.DISCUSSION The safflower yellow for elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction has adjuvant therapeutic effect.cerebral infarction in patients with diabetes treated with insulin have a synergistic effect.
