摘 要:在对漳州市绿化树种调查的基础上,选择13种常见的园林绿化植物,利用CIRAS-2便携式光合作用测定系统对植物光合及蒸腾等生态指标进行测定及量化分析。结果表明:13种植物的瞬时光合速率曲线多为单峰曲线,峰值多出现在10∶00—12∶00之间;而供试植物日间的瞬时蒸腾速率多呈现单峰曲线,峰值多出现在14∶00左右。金心榕、垂榕、樱花、红花檵木、三角梅、黄蝉、海桐的日间固碳释氧及蒸腾吸热能力较强,而杨桃、红背桂的日间固碳释氧及蒸腾吸热能力较弱。This paper,on the basis of investigating greening plants in Zhangzhou and choosing 13 common landscape plants,aims to measure and quantitatively analyze the plants' ecological index that including photosynthesis and transpiration by using CIRAS- 2portable photosynthesis system. The results show that most of the 13 plants' instantaneous photosynthetic rate curves are unimodel curves. The peaks mostly appear between the hours 10 to 12. And most of the tested plants' daytime instantaneous transpiration rates appear unimodel curves. And their peaks mostly happen around 14 o'clock. Some plants' carbon fixation and oxygen release and transpiration endothermic ability appear strong during the daytime. These plants are Ficus microcarpa cv. Golden Leaves,Ficus benjamina,Cerasus ssp.,Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum,Bougainvilea,Allamanda neriifolia Hook and P. tobira' s. While Carambola and Excoecaria cochinchinensis Lour' s daytime carbon fixation and oxygen release and the ability of transpiration endothermic appear weak.
