海螺沟国家森林公园游客满意度调查分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对海螺沟国家级森林公园进行旅游满意度调查,调查分析游客旅游活动中吃、住、行、游、购、娱的满意度,从而找出海螺沟森林公园的不足,为公园服务质量的提高提出对应的建议与对策。Forest tourism is the mainstay of ecological tourism,and tourists＇ assessment upon forest tourism has direct influence on the tourism development of forest park. The article conducts an inquiry on tourists satisfaction in Hailuogou Glacier Forest Park,the national scenery,and makes an analysis of tourists＇ satisfaction on eating,living,going,visiting,shopping and entertaining during the tour,in order to find the shortages in service as well as to propose relevant suggestions and solutions for the improvement of the service quality in the forest park.
