游泳场所新水补充远程监控卫生监督模式的应用

摘　　要：目的探索游泳场所新水补充远程监控卫生监督管理新模式,为提高游泳场所卫生管理提供依据与方法。方法将实行新水补充远程监控卫生监督管理前后的游泳场所水质检测结果进行统计学分析。结果实行新水补充远程监控卫生监督管理模式前后的水质比较:游泳池水的尿素、游离性余氯的合格率同比分别提高23.0%、9.2%,P<0.05;细菌总数同比提高2.1%,P>0.05;大肠菌群、浑浊度的合格率均为100%。实行新模式后与2013年同期比较:尿素、游离性余氯的合格率同比分别提高23.4%、33.5%,P<0.05;细菌总数、大肠菌群、浑浊度的合格率均为100%,与2013年持平。结论新水补充远程监控卫生监督模式对提高游泳池水质有影响,对卫生监督机构和管理相对人互利共赢,值得推广。Objective To explore the swimming place of new water added new methods and new mode of remote monitoring and health supervision and management, to provide basis for health management and method to improve the swimming place. Method The implementation of the new water before and after the remote monitoring and health supervision and management of the swimming places water quality testing results were analyzed with statistics. Results Comparison of water quality before and after the implementation of the new water supplement pattern of remote monitoring and health supervision and management： swimming pool water of urea, the qualified rate of free residual chlorine year-on-year respectively increase 23%, 9.2%, P values were 〈0.05 statistically the academic significance; the total number of bacteria increased by 2.1%, P value of 〉0.05, no statistical significance; coliform bacteria, turbidity the qualified rate was 100%, flat. The implementation of the new water supplement pattern of remote monitoring and health supervision and management after 2013 compared to the same period： swimming pool water of urea, the qualified rate of free residual chlorine year-on- year respectively increase 23.4%, 33.5%, P values were 〈0.05 statistically the academic significance; the total number of bacteria, coliform bacteria, turbidity qualified rate was 100%, and the same in 2013. Conclusion New water added remote monitoring health supervision mode has effect on improving water quality of swimming pools, a relative of the health super- vision and management mechanism of mutual benefit and win-win, worthy of promotion.
