摘　　要：目的了解泰州市酒店业客房卫生操作主要问题,探析科学合理的管理策略。方法采用随机抽样方法,调查分析60家酒店客房卫生操作现状。结果星级酒店和快捷连锁酒店在卫生管理规定、设施设备配备、卫生操作规范程度方面水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.882,p=0.384;t=1.693,p=0.097;t=0.555,p=0.583)。结论泰州市酒店客房卫生操作问题较为普遍,整体现状不容乐观,亟需加强监管。Objectives To learn the main problems of hotel industry room hygiene operation in Taizhou, and to probe into the scientific and reasonable management strategy. Methods Stratified random sampling method is used to extract 60 hotels to survey the current status of room hygiene operation. Results There was no statistical significance compared with star hotel and fast chain hotel in the level of hygienic management, facilities, and hygienic operation standards. Conclusions The hygienic operation of hotel room in Taizhou is common, The overall situation is not optimistic, and it is urgent to strengthen supervision
