摘　　要：通塞脉片是由黄芪、党参、当归、石斛、金银花、玄参、牛膝、甘草8味药材,采用现代中药制药技术制成的中药复方制剂。本文通过回顾近年来发表的相关文献,对通塞脉片及其组方中单味药材的化学成分研究进展进行总结和综述,以期为通塞脉片及其相关制剂的药效物质基础研究提供一定参考。Tong-Sai-Mai（TSM） tablet consisted of 8 herbs, which were Radix Astragali, R. Codonopsis, R. Angelicae Sinensis, Dendrobii Caulis, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, R. Scrophulariae, R. Achyranthis Bidentatae and Glycyrrhizae R. et Rhizoma. Modern Chinese medicine pharmaceutical technology was used for the Chinese medicine compound preparation. This paper reviewed the research process on TSM tablet and the chemical composition of each medicinal material based on related published articles in recent years, in order to provide certain references for the study on pharmacodynamic material basis of TSM tablet and its related preparations.
