摘 要:目的依据控制论原理,通过对功能性胃排空障碍(functional delayed gastric emptying,FDGE)动物模型进行多变量胃肠动力学分析,探讨FDGE的病理生理学机制。方法通过手术将嵌入式数字无线生物传感器植入实验动物猪胃内,并正常饲养使其自然生活,建立可实现连续动态监测胃肠动力相关参数的动物模型。动态连续监测猪自然生活状态下胃腔内p H值、温度、压力、电导率等数据。对测量的数据进行整理分析。结果 9只幼猪手术均获成功,无一例发生术后感染、吻合口漏等并发症及死亡。对收集的数据进行统计分析发现,温度与压力成正比、与p H值成反比、与电导率成反比关系;压力与p H值成反比、与与电导率成反比关系;p H值与电导率成正比关系。温度、压力、p H值及电导率不同时间段比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论本研究从控制论的角度来研究胃肠运动,建立了对胃肠运动情况的动态、连续、量化的检测手段和评判标准。对功能性胃排空障碍和其他胃肠动力性疾病的临床诊断和疗效评价有重要意义。Objective To observe the pathophysiological mechanism of functional delayed gastric emptying (FDGE) by operating a multivariable dynamics analysis on above-mentioned animal model.Methods Digital Embedded Bi- ology Wireless Transducer (DEBWT) was implanted into experimental animals pigs to establish animal model for contin- uous dynamic monitoring gastrointestinal motility parameters.The model pigs were normally fed and naturally lived. The temperature, pressure, pH and conductivity were investigated and analyzed.Results All surgery procedures were comple- ted successfully in 9 pigs. There were no postoperative mortalities, wound infection and anastomotic leak. Temperature was directly proportional relationship with pressure and inversely proportional with pH value and conductivity. And pres- sure was inversely proportional with pH value and conductivity. Moreover pH value was directly proportional with con- ductivity.Furthermore, temperature, pressure, pH value and conductivity at different timepoints had no significantly difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion In this research,the gastrointestinal motility was studied on the basis of cybernetics. A dynamic, continuous, quantitative testing methods and criteria for gastrointestinal motility is established, which is impor- tant for the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of FI^E and other gastrointestinal motility related diseases.
