湖北地区军队离休干部生活质量影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解湖北地区军队离休干部的生活质量状况,并分析其影响因素,为提高军队离休干部生活质量、完善军队养老保障体系提供参考依据。方法应用《世界卫生组织生活质量测定表(WHOQOL-100)》及自编问卷,随机抽取调查167名湖北地区军队离休干部。采用t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析等方法研究其影响因素。结果军队离休干部生理、心理、社会关系及环境领域得分与我国老年人常模水平相比具有统计学差异,其中生理领域得分为61.6±12.7,低于我国常模水平64.9±18.6(t=-3.291,P<0.05),心理、社会关系、环境领域得分依次为67.9±9.4、66.4±7.5、67.6±11.2,均高于我国常模64.0±16.9(t=5.428,P<0.01)、64.5±19.6(t=3.170,P<0.05)、62.1±16.4(t=6.347,P<0.01)。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、是否参加体育锻炼或健身活动、生活照料情况、疾病种数、参战经历、家庭摩擦及食欲对军队离休干部生活质量均存在一定的影响。结论军队离休干部生活质量除生理领域外,其他领域生活质量整体较好,应着重关注离休干部的生理健康,开展综合性、全方位的医疗保障服务,完善军队养老保障体系。Objective To investigate the quality of life of the military retired cadres in Hubei, and analyze the in- fluencial factors, so as to improve the military retired cadres quality of life and provide reference for improving the old-age security system of the army.Methods Using The world health organization quality of life measurement table （WHO- QOL-100） and a self made questionnaire, 167 military retired cadres in Hubei area were randomly selected and surveyed.T test, single factor analysis of variance, and multiple linear regression analysis were used to study the influeneial factors. Results The physiology, psychology, social relations and environment scores of the military retired cadres were signifi- cantly different with those of the elderly norm.The score of physiological field was 61.6 ± 12.7, lower than the norm level which was 64.9 ±18.6 （t = - 3.291 ,P〈0.05）.The scores of psychology, social relations and environment fields were 67.9 ± 9.4, 66.4± 7.5 and 67.6 ± 11.2 respectively, which were higher than those in normal mode which were 64.0 ± 16.9 （t = 5.428, P〈0.01） ,64.5 ± 19.6 （t = 3.170,P〈0.05） ,62.1 ± 16.4 （t = 6.347,P〈0.01）.Sex, age, marital status, educational level, whether to participate in physical exercise or fitness activities, life care, disease species, war experience, family friction and appetite affected the quality of life of the retired military cadre.Conclusion In addition to the physical field, other are- as of retired military cadres＂ quality of life is better. The physiological health of the retired cadres should be focused to car- ry out a comprehensive, a full range of health care services, and improve the army pension system.
