摘　　要：数据资源的高效管理和合理利用是信息化可持续发展的基础,本文介绍了基于顶层设计的数据资源规划方法,提出数据资源规划的工作步骤。结合宁波市规划局开展智慧规划的现状家底和建设方向,借鉴相关城市的成熟经验,理清各类数据内容,梳理责任主体和运维机制,形成具有系统性、前瞻性的数据资源规划,指导并规范今后信息化建设工作。Efficient management and rational use of formation technology. This paper introduces the method ward the steps of data resource planning. Considering data resources is the basis of the sustainable development of in- of data resource planning based on the top design, and puts for- the information＇s current status and the future development of Ningbo Planning Bureau, to sort out the various types of data and content, combing the responsibility of the main body, forming systemically and forward-looking data resource planning to guide and standardize the future information construction.
