高普教授运用扶正祛邪法论治老年痹症

摘　　要：分析和总结中国中医科学院西苑医院老年科主任医师高普治疗老年痹症的临床经验,通过系统的中医理论分析结合临床案例,传承和发扬名老中医的宝贵经验,以期提高临床疗效,惠及更多患者。高普运用滋补肝肾、健脾和胃、补益肾阳及气血双补等治则来顾护老年患者体内正气,然后采取祛风散寒、清热利湿、活血化瘀等祛邪扶正法治疗老年痹症,配合针灸、理疗、蜡疗、熏洗、功能锻炼等治疗方法,可以最大程度改善老年痹症患者的症状。To analyze and summarize the clinical experience from professor GAO Pu in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,through the analysis of TCM theories combined with clinical cases in order to inherit and carry forward the valuable experience from the famous doctor and improve the clinically curative effect. Methods： Analyze the system of TCM theories with clinical experience by clinically curative effect as criteria. Results： Professor GAO Pu was adept at this kind of disease by the principle of nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening the spleen and stomach,tonifying kidney Yang and Qi- blood to help early patients to keep vital Qi in the body,which had obtained a better curative effect. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with the methods of acupuncture,physical therapy,kerotherapy,drug fumigation,functional exercise as supplementary means can relieve the syndromes of patients.
