摘 要:光的干涉是现代检测计量的重要手段之一,如何精确地提取干涉条纹是确保该类仪器检测精度的关键。提出了一种非亮度均衡条件下干涉条纹的提取方法。首先,在分析阈值化分割条纹的缺陷的基础上,采用一种自适应亮度均衡方法,有效地避免常规阈值化操作所导致的部分条纹丢失和断裂问题;然后,为准确地提取条纹的位置信息,根据图像连通性将处理图像分解成包含单个条纹的序列图像,再对条纹进行细化处理,得到单个像素宽的条纹;最后对序列图像合并处理,实现所有干涉条纹信息的提取,提出的方法能保证所提取条纹的清晰度和完整性。Interference of light is one of the important means of modern detection technology, how to accurately extract the in- terference fringes is the key to ensure the instrument precision. In this paper, a method of extracting the interference fringes under the conditions of no-luminance equilibrium is proposed. Firstly, based on the analysis of the threshold of segmentation, a new adaptive luminance equalization method is proposed to avoid the loss of the fringes and the defects of fringe breakpoint. Secondly, in order to extract the location information of the interference fringes accurately, the image is decomposed into a se- ries of sub-images which contain only single fringe according to image connectivity, then the fringes with a single pixel width are obtainedby the thinning process. Finally, the extraction of interference fringe information is realized by combining the all sub-images. The proposed method can guarantee the clarity and completeness of the extracted fringes.
