医院职业暴露现状及报告的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院工作人员职业暴露现状,分析影响其报告的因素,提出有效的改进措施,减少漏报的发生。方法调查成都市第五人民医院2014年职业暴露的发生情况,对1年内发生职业暴露的工作人员进行问卷调查,结合职业暴露报告登记资料进行回顾性的统计分析。结果该院2014年共发生职业暴露101例,报告63例,报告率62.4%。Logistic回归分析结果显示性别、暴露类型、暴露时是否出血、是否接受过相关培训是影响职业暴露报告的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论强化职业暴露相关培训,改变医院工作人员对职业暴露的认识误区,可以有效减少职业暴露漏报的发生。Objective To investigate the occupational exposure status in medical staff,and to analyze the associated factors in report,and to carry out effective measures to reduce the occurrence of missing report. Methods Occupational exposure status in the 2014 annual report was collected and questionnaire survey was adopted to the exposed staff. Retrospective statistical analysis was adopted to the exposure report. Results There were101 occupational exposure cases and 63（ 62. 45%） cases was reported. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,types of exposure,whether the exposure is bleeding,whether the staff was trained were the main influence factors on whether the occupational exposure was reported（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To change the misunderstanding of occupational exposure and to reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure omission,related training of occupational exposure should be reinforced in hospital staff.
