摘  要:目的:探讨有氧运动对高脂膳食所致胰岛素抵抗形成过程中大鼠睾酮分泌的影响及相关机理。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为普通膳食组(C组,10只)、高脂膳食组(HF组,12只)、高脂膳食+运动组(HE组,13只),运动方案为60 min/次/天、每周6天、共10周的无负重游泳运动。10周后称取大鼠体重、肾周脂重和睾周脂重,测定血清空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、眞酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和瘦素(LP)水平,分析HOMA-IR、ISI。结果:(1)HF组大鼠肾周脂重、睾周脂重、FFA、LP较C组显著增加,FBG、TG、TC、FINS和HOMA-IR非常显著升高,T、FSH、LH、ISI显著下降。(2)与HF组比,HE组大鼠睾周脂重、肾周脂重、血清TG、TC、FFA、FBG、FINS与HOMA-IR非常显著下降,LP显著下降,FSH、LH、ISI显著上升,T非常显著上升。(3)HOMA-IR与FFA、FINS、LP显著正相关,与ISI显著负相关;T与LP、FINS、HOMA-IR显著负相关,与ISI显著正相关;LP与FINS显著正相关。结论:高脂膳食可以诱导大鼠形成胰岛素抵抗,导致睾酮分泌下降。有氧运动可改善高脂饮食诱导的糖脂代谢异常,提高胰岛素的敏感性,调节睾酮分泌。Objective To explore the effect of the aerobics exercise on the rats with insulin resistance. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet group (C, n= 10), high-fat diet group (HF, n= 12) and high-fat diet plus exercise group (HE,n=13). Rats in group HE underwent 60-min unloaded swimming 6 days per week for 10 weeks. After 10 weeks of experiment,the body weight,the perirenal and inguinal fat weights, the level of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), free fatty acid (FFA), fasting blood glucose ( FBG ), fasting insulin(FINS),testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH)and leptin (LP)in serum were detected and the insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was calculated. Results (1)The perirenal and inguinal fat weights, the level of FFA, LP,TG,TC, FBG, FINS, and HOMA - IR increased significantly and the levels of T,FSH, LH,and ISI decreased significantly in group FH.(2)As compared to group HF,the perirenal and inguinal fat weights,the serum levels of TG,TC ,FFA,FBG,FINS,and HOMA-IR decreased remarkably and the level of ISI,FSH,LH and T increased remarkably in group HE. (3)The levels of FFA,LP,and FINS were correlated positively with HOMA-IR (P 〈 0.05),and negatively with ISI (P 〈 0.05). The level of T was correlated negatively with LP,FINS and HOMA-IR,and positively with ISI (P 〈 0.05). The level of LP was correlated positively with FINS. Conclusion Aerobic exercise can improve the glycolipids dysbolism in rats induced by high-fat diet through raising the insulin sensitivity and regulating the testosterone secretion.
